Tour of 459 with the Campus Sustainability class
I just took a tour of the 459’s kitchen with a lean towards sustainability. It’s interesting that they weigh out all their food wastes, pre and post, and then throw it away. But soon, it will be that they are going to send them out to be composted.
It was interesting to see everything in the back. It’s weird how everything looks REALLY delicious behind the scenes but it becomes slightly less appetizing.
