The soup was Brat, bodin, and beer soup. Tasted just like the name. Had two bowls. It was surprisingly good! And it’s not a typo. It was spelled bodin and i dunno what it was.
I got the substitute milk to the left of the soy milk at walmart on a whim. This is Flaxmilk touts that it is filled with omega 3 fatty acids, which is a reason flax seed is known as a “superfood.”
While it says that it is creamy and delicious, which is does have a certain creaminess to it, it is not a type of full creaminess that you get from milk… Even from good soy milks. It feels slightly empty and light when you drink it plain. It’s got a sort of nutty taste to it. Maybe like almond milk tea. As if a main part of it is just water. Whatever the case. It’s not bad and it’s a few cents cheaper than Silk.
My seed tray after 2 weeks. They are having trouble in the greenhouse with the watering system. The misters are clogging up with algae or sediment and not keeping our seedlings moist.
The bush snap peas however are doing very well. Those are the tall guys at the back. I’ll post some pictures of the plots we received next week when there is more to show.
Straight from Malaysia, 3 in 1 coffee. Coffee, cream, sugar. 3. In. 1.
The convenience of this packet is just so worth it.
Thanks, Wen Koay!
Much to my roommates’ dismay, sauerkraut and pork roast and ginger. Made in a slow cooker but reheated in this pot. Smells funny. Tastes delicious.
This past saturday, instead of doing fun run or footbiking a bike tour I partook in a Sonic hot dog eating contest. I know I didn’t eat my limit, which was sad. But hey. It was fun!
Basil in a red party cup! From organic gardening class which came from the farmers market. Now to figure out the best way to eat basil.
